Charlotte is currently serving as the Instructor of Saxophone at Cornell College. In addition to her college teaching, she enjoys working with woodwind students at the Marion Music Academy and welcomes students of all ages into her private studio in the Iowa City area. She has also provided saxophone masterclasses at Clear Creek Amana Middle and High Schools as well as West Branch High School, sharing her expertise and love of music with the next generation of musicians.

Before moving to Iowa, Charlotte taught in Montana and New Mexico, where she worked with middle and high school students in private lessons, taught at the Music from Angel Fire Residency as part of the Platinum Saxophone Quartet, and visited schools to give lectures on the saxophone.
